When will class registration start?

Can I register for classes if I haven’t register for a crop seat or class pass?

All registered crop attendees and class pass holders will have first dibs on classes. We will open up general Class Only registration for classes in the summer. The date will be announced in an upcoming newsletter.

How can I pay for my registration and/or classes?

We will be accepting cheques and Paypal payments.  Cheques are due 10 days from online registration date. Please make cheques payable to BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids and mail them to:

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellations will be accepted, but registration can be transferred if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at bccropforkids@yahoo.ca regarding transfers of registration so that name changes can be done for administrative purposes, class lists and admittance to event. If you are unable to find someone to transfer your seat to we may have people on a wait list. Contact us to enquire.

Will there be a waiting list if crop seats sell out?

We are expecting crop seats to sell out very quickly. If you aren’t able to register for the crop please email bccropforkids@yahoo.ca with “Wait List” in the subject line and we will put your name on the list. Should anyone who has a crop seat not be able to attend, we will begin contacting people on the wait list to see if they would like the seat.

Can I sit with my friends in the crop room?

The crop room will have assigned seating. We will do our very best to seat groups together and in order to do so we will need to know the names of the people you would like to be seated with. Please ensure when you register for your crop seat that you indicate who you would like to sit with in the indicated field on the registration form.

Will there be a scrapbook store selling products on site?

The Memory Workshop is our on site store and will have a full store set up the entire weekend in the crop room. 

There will also be two vendors doing make-n-takes in the foyer who will have some product for purchase.

Additionally some local store sponsors will be selling products exclusive to the class they are teaching in their classrooms. All crop attendees will have the opportunity to purchase their products.

What restaurants and food outlets are in the area of the event?

If you are a registered class seat holder of class pass holder your registration fee includes a decadent dessert buffet on Saturday evening.

The hotel will be offering a concession for the attendees with many food choices at a reasonable cost for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a White Spot attached to the hotel and there are many other economical and fast food restaurants, as well as convenience stores, a short walk (or drive) down the road. 

What hours will the crop room be open during the weekend?

Friday – 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Saturday – 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Sunday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
