If taking classes is your top priority for the weekend, then you'll want a Class Pass. It lets you register for the best classes early along with Crop Attendees, plus you get all the goodies listed below! This is your almost-all-access pass. About the only thing you're not getting is a crop seat.

Class Pass Registration for the weekend includes:

• Advance registration for classes
• Dessert buffet on Saturday evening
• Coffee, Tea and water throughout the weekend
• Special welcome pack
• 2 or more free make & takes
• Access to all draws, contests & ticket sales

A Class Pass it NOT required to register for classes only. Purchasing a Class Pass guarantees you the opportunity to register for classes EARLY along with Crop Attendees BEFORE they are released to the general public.

The most popular classes sell out first! You may purchase a Class Pass any time before advance class registration begins. You can wait until classes are announced on the website before purchasing a Class Pass.

Anyone without a Class Pass may register for classes later in the summer when Class Registration opens to the public. Class Only (no Pass) registrants do not receive any of the perks listed above, but they're still going to have a great time!

WAIVER & POLICIES

WAIVER

By registering for a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event the registrant releases from liability and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids and its principals, volunteers, representatives and agents for any and all liability for personal injuries, property loss or damages resulting from his/her attendance at a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event. The undersigned agrees to abide by all the policies put in place by BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

No cancellations will be accepted, but registration can be transferred if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at bccropforkids@yahoo.ca regarding transfers of registration so that name changes can be done for administrative purposes, class lists and admittance to event.

USE OF ATTENDEE PHOTOS

All attendees shall understand that as an event participant, their photo may be taken at any BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event and that such photos may be used on our website, blog or Facbook page.

REGISTERING A CHILD FOR THE EVENT

No children under the age of 13 may register as an attendee at a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 who registers must be accompanied by a registered adult the entire time. Please use your best judgment when deciding to register your child. Please keep in mind that most of the participants are adults.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering for a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event, you indicate that you have reviewed, understand and accept all the event policies listed above.
