Crop Seat Registration for the entire weekend includes:

• Reserved crop seat for the entire event
• Welcome goodie bag & deliveries from the Scrap Fairy
• Door prize draw ticket
• Advanced registration for classes (class pass status)
• Dessert buffet on Saturday evening
• Coffee, Tea and water throughout the weekend
• Access to all draws, contests, challenges and ticket sales

**YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A CLASS PASS IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR THE CROP**

**YOU MAY ONLY ORDER ONE CROP SEAT PER PERSON** Limit one seat per person. If you wish to purchase more than one crop seat, please complete your first order, then login and create a separate order under each attendees name. Attempts to purchase additional crop seats will be intercepted, canceled, and refunded. This policy is in place for fairness to everyone. WAIVER & POLICIES

WAIVER

By registering for a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event the registrant releases from liability and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids and its principals, volunteers, representatives and agents for any and all liability for personal injuries, property loss or damages resulting from his/her attendance at a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event. The undersigned agrees to abide by all the policies put in place by BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

No cancellations will be accepted, but registration can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us at bccropforkids@shaw.ca regarding transfers of registration so that name changes can be done for administrative purposes, class lists and admittance to event. No transfers will be accepted with less than 14 days notice prior to the event.

If you wish to sell your crop seat privately, and there is a waiting list, we are happy to put you in touch with the next person/people on the list. BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids is not responsible for finding a buyer for your ticket or for any private financial transactions.

USE OF ATTENDEE PHOTOS

All attendees shall understand that as an event participant, their photo may be taken at any BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event and that such photos may be used on our website, blog or Facbook page.

REGISTERING A CHILD FOR THE EVENT

No children under the age of 14 may register as an attendee at a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event, nor be present in the crop room or any other spaces of the hotel reserved by BC Srapbooking Crop for Kids.   Please note that anyone under the age of 18 who registers must be accompanied by a registered adult the entire time. Please use your best judgment when deciding to register your child. Please keep in mind that most of the participants are adults who are looking forward to a weekend of adult company and conversation.

INFANTS IN ATTENDANCE
Non-mobile newborns are permitted, and must be in a car seat/carrier at your seat, a sling or snugli on your person, or in your arms at all times while in the crop room and all other spaces in the hotel reserved by BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids. Strollers, playpens, baby swings or blankets on the floor are not permitted. This is for their safety and the comfort and safety of all addendees. Please notify us *in advance* if you will be bringing an infant.

By registering for a BC Scrapbooking Crop for Kids event, you indicate that you have reviewed, understand and accept all the event policies listed above.
